Privacy Policy
This policy sets the baseline for how SUNP handles website visits, product inquiries, and future customer workspace data.
Last updated: March 6, 2026
SUNP limits collection to the information needed to operate the site, respond to requests, and secure the service.
Customer data handling, retention, and security commitments can be expanded through a signed order form or DPA.
Because SUNP serves cross-border procurement teams, information may be processed in multiple regions with appropriate safeguards.
This Privacy Policy explains how SUNP collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you visit sunp.xyz, request a demo, or use any SUNP-managed procurement intelligence workflow.
The current site includes sample interfaces and mock market data for product demonstration. Do not submit confidential bid materials, export-controlled data, or regulated personal data through public forms unless SUNP has confirmed secure intake terms with you in writing.
SUNP may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, company, and the contents of messages you send to our team.
SUNP also receives technical and operational data needed to run the service, including IP address, browser metadata, referring pages, request timestamps, application logs, uptime metrics, and security events.
- Contact and inquiry details when you request information, book a demo, or communicate with SUNP.
- Usage and telemetry data generated by page visits, API requests, performance monitoring, and deployment infrastructure.
- Workspace, procurement, or buyer-intelligence data that an authorized customer chooses to upload or connect after commercial onboarding.
SUNP uses information to operate the website, deliver requested materials, secure the platform, diagnose incidents, improve product quality, and communicate product or legal updates that are relevant to your relationship with SUNP.
Where permitted by law, SUNP may also use aggregated and de-identified usage patterns to understand demand, prioritize roadmap decisions, and improve search relevance or buyer-intelligence models.
If you authorize SUNP to access Google Search Console data, SUNP uses Google's read-only Search Console scopes to retrieve search performance and indexing information for the properties you explicitly authorize. This may include queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, indexing diagnostics, and sitemap status.
SUNP uses Google user data only to provide SEO reporting, site auditing, diagnostics, and workflow automation that you request. SUNP does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train generalized advertising or profiling systems. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google account permissions.
SUNP does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with cloud infrastructure providers, analytics vendors, customer support tools, and professional advisers that help SUNP operate the service under confidentiality and security obligations.
SUNP may disclose information when required by law, to enforce platform rules, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, asset sale, or similar corporate transaction.
SUNP supports global procurement teams, so information may be processed outside your country of origin. When cross-border transfers apply, SUNP uses contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
SUNP retains information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain reasonable backup and audit records.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of the personal information that SUNP controls about you. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
If you no longer want to receive marketing messages, you can unsubscribe at any time. Transactional, security, and service notices may still be sent when necessary.
SUNP uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, so you should avoid sending highly sensitive material through channels that have not been contractually approved.
SUNP may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, SUNP will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where required.
