Terms of Service

These terms define the rules for using SUNP's public website, product previews, and future procurement intelligence workflows.

Last updated: March 6, 2026

Operational use only

SUNP is designed for commercial market intelligence and procurement workflow support, not consumer use or emergency decision making.

Demo and production separation

Public pages may contain mock data and preview experiences. Binding commitments for paid services belong in a signed commercial agreement.

Controlled platform access

SUNP may suspend misuse, abusive automation, or attempts to extract data beyond the intended service scope.

1. Acceptance and service scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to sunp.xyz and any related SUNP-managed websites, APIs, research outputs, and procurement intelligence workflows unless SUNP has signed a separate master agreement with you.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts, eligibility, and acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and in line with all procurement, sanctions, export-control, confidentiality, and anti-corruption obligations that apply to your organization.

You may not interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components except as allowed by law, scrape the platform beyond documented access methods, or use the service to build a competing dataset without SUNP's written consent.

  • Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, or malicious content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, authentication, or usage restrictions.
  • Do not rely on public demo pages as a substitute for legal, procurement, compliance, or investment advice.
3. Demo content, data sources, and customer responsibilities

SUNP may present sample opportunities, buyer profiles, and benchmark metrics to demonstrate product design. Public demo content may be synthetic, illustrative, delayed, or incomplete.

You are responsible for validating tender requirements, deadlines, buyer authority, budget details, and compliance obligations before making commercial or bid decisions.

4. Intellectual property and feedback

SUNP and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, design systems, content structure, model outputs, trademarks, and underlying datasets except where a written agreement states otherwise.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, SUNP may use them without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not identify you publicly without permission.

5. Beta features, third-party services, and disclaimers

SUNP may offer beta, preview, or experimental functionality. Those features may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice, and may not be covered by service levels or support commitments.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis except to the extent a signed agreement says otherwise. SUNP does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of third-party data sources displayed through the platform.

6. Google API Services

Where SUNP integrates with Google APIs, including Google Search Console, SUNP will only request the minimum access needed for the documented functionality and will use that data only for the purposes disclosed in the applicable product flow and Privacy Policy.

Use of Google user data received through Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

7. Suspension, termination, and changes

SUNP may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay under an applicable order form, or use the service in a way that could damage SUNP, its customers, or third parties.

SUNP may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUNP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from or related to the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, SUNP's aggregate liability under these Terms will be limited to the amounts paid by you to SUNP for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.

9. Contact and enterprise contracting

Enterprise customers that require procurement annexes, security schedules, data processing addenda, or negotiated SLAs should contact SUNP before onboarding production data.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed agreement between you and SUNP, the signed agreement controls for the services covered by that agreement.
